"Omar Calderon's service is terrible, he makes fun of customers, apparently he doesn't like his job. I went to the office and Bo took the time to assist me, he just didn't care, he said he would be aware of my case and the only thing he sent me was an email without even being a little more specific with my case. He only pretends to be busy so as not to answer the calls and he doesn't care about his clients. I don't know if everyone in the agency handles all their clients like that"

He provided me with a quote for my homeowners and auto that was very competitive and had great coverage on both policies. The deductibles were reasonable as well as the premiums. I am very excited to switch to State Farm from Allstate. The policy set up was quick and efficient. Omar definitely gets 5 stars for providing great service and a quality policies! Thank you!"
